What is the minimum height?
1m tall for; HOUSE TREK & HOUSE ADVENTURE
1.3m tall for; FULL HOUSE TREK
What happens if it’s raining?
The booking will NOT be cancelled due to rain (this is the UK!). We advise all participants/supervisory adults to dress according to the weather. Booking may be postponed due to thunderstorms or winds 50kmph+
How high off the ground am I?
Level 1 is approx’ 3.5m from ground level to your feet
Level 2 & Freefall are approx’ 9m from ground level to your feet
What does the session time mean? Do I need to Trek for the duration?
The session timings are when we start the session briefing, the time allocated to your booking should be used as a guideline/indication of how long it can take up to. You can participate in as much or little of your booking as you choose.
Do I get my money back if I don’t complete the experience?
Unfortunately, No. The only time this may happen is due to thunderstorm or excessive winds (please look on our facebook group for daily updates on this)
How do I arrange a birthday party?
You can either; book online and reserve your party booking, book an exclusive birthday party booking or email treehousetrek@gmail.com
What is the minimum age?
5 yrs + for the; House Trek & House adventure;
7 yrs + for the Full House Trek;
Can I bring my Dog?
Yes, so long as they are on a lead, well behaved and supervised!
What should I wear?
We recommend full length trouser or leggings, skirts are NOT allowed on the course. Footwear should be for outdoor use with NO open toed shoes or heels allowed on the course
Is the course accessible?
